Firstly I will tell you what you know about kamatipura;
1. KAMATHIPURA IS RED LIGHT AREA.
2. Everyone staying here are illiterate and manner less.
3. Middle Class Family Found here.
But Now I will tell you more about My Kamathipura:
1. Basically there are 16 lane in kamatipura in which Red Light Area is a small part of it and soon will be stopped.
2. You will be able to see all kind of community members (Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannadi, Madrasi, Bihari, Punjabi and even Muslim) staying together in Kamatipura.
3. We celebrate all kind of festivals together. Following are few of them:
Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturti , Eid-e-MILAD, Ramzan,
Bakri-Eid, Durga Puja , Navratri, Holi, Independence Day, Republic Day, Christmas, Diwali
4. We also have all caste temples like Hanuman Temple, Jain Derasar, Sai Baba Temple, Ambe
Maa Temple, Pochhamaa Devi Temple and Masjid.
